Home / About us

We're Tabitha and Kevin Lovell, a husband-and-wife team in Austin, Texas. Site Redemption is our family business, and we treat every client the way we'd treat a neighbor: honestly, personally, and with real care. We got tired of watching good businesses get let down by broken websites and bad Google Ads, so we learned to fix them. Now we fix them for others.

We're entrepreneurs and business owners, so we know firsthand the value of a website that works and ads that actually bring in customers. Kevin is a pastor, and we serve in ministry together. We're based in Austin, Texas, and serve clients nationwide, 100% remote.
Site Redemption is our dedicated focus, and we do the work together, with Kevin right alongside Tabitha fixing websites. Every client works directly with the two of us, so you get our time and attention, not a hand-off to someone you've never met.

Tabitha brings a nursing background to this work: caring for people, paying close attention to detail, and following a careful process every time. She personally reviews every deliverable.

A pastor and entrepreneur, Kevin works side by side with Tabitha fixing websites and reviewing work before it goes to clients, and he brings a pastor's heart for people to every project.
We're from Austin, Texas, and we're entrepreneurs at heart. As business owners ourselves, we know firsthand what it's like to depend on a website and online ads to keep the phone ringing. We've learned the value of a website that actually works and ads that actually bring in customers, because we've lived it.
Like so many owners, we ran into the ugly side of online marketing: Google Ads scams, "guaranteed top spot" pitches, and agencies that overcharge, underdeliver, lock you into contracts, or hide the real numbers. We dealt with websites that looked fine on the surface but quietly lost customers. We were frustrated, and we knew we weren't the only ones.
Instead of handing our business to the next agency, we rolled up our sleeves. We dug into our own Google Ads, cleaned them up, and saw firsthand what a difference it makes when the account is set up honestly and tracked properly. Along the way we learned how to diagnose and fix websites, too.
Site Redemption is the help we wish we'd had: honest, transparent, and affordable. You see what we find, what we'll do, what it costs, and what changed. You own everything, and nobody locks you in. Because we believe every website deserves a second chance.
re·demp·tion · the act of saving something, or of making something good again
"We chose the name because we believe in second chances, for people and for websites. A neglected site isn't a lost cause. With honest work, it can be made good again."
That word means a lot to us personally. Kevin is a pastor, and we serve in ministry together, so it's also a reminder of how we want to treat every client: with grace, honesty, and real care.
We're from Austin, Texas, one of America's tech capitals, and it shows. Being surrounded by innovation fuels our love of smart technology, and it's a big part of why we use sophisticated AI tools to make our clients' websites and ads better, faster, and more affordable.
Austin also keeps us well fed. We love the city's food scene and are always trying (and reviewing) local restaurants and coffee shops. If you need a recommendation, just ask.

Everything we disliked about bad agencies, we built the opposite into how Site Redemption works.
Your domain, website, Google Ads, Analytics, and Business Profile stay in your name. We work through access you grant and can remove at any time.
Projects have a fixed scope. Monthly services are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Stay because it's working, not because you're stuck.
Real cost, clicks, leads, and what we changed. No jargon walls, no hiding the numbers that matter.
Prices are on our website, and every project gets a written scope first. Ad spend goes straight to Google, never through us.
True to our Austin tech roots, we use sophisticated AI tools, including Grok, the AI assistant, for research, audits, keyword and competitor analysis, copywriting, ad optimization, and reporting. It makes our work faster, more thorough, and more affordable.
AI helps us work smarter, but it doesn't have the final word. Tabitha and Kevin personally review and approve everything before it reaches you or goes live.
Our favorite pastime is backgammon, and we play it all over the world. Every time we find a new coffee shop, we play for a championship, and whoever wins first in a city owns that city. It's very competitive.

The current standings: Tabitha is ahead with two championships under her belt, but Kevin is leading internationally, and he'll be the first to tell you. The rivalry continues, one coffee shop at a time, and the whole family gets in on the games.

Our daughter plays too, so the championship has more than two contenders. Nobody takes it easy on anybody.
Tacos, barbecue, brunch, and a lot of coffee. We frequently review local restaurants and coffee shops around Austin, and we take it about as seriously as backgammon.
Living in one of America's tech capitals rubbed off on us. We love trying new tools, especially AI that helps us do better work for our clients.
We tell you what we find, even when the answer is "you don't need us for this."
